Appetizers (Family Style):
A selection of sophisticated starters like Mozzarella Cheese with Baby Greens, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Prosciutto, Grilled Portobello Mushroom, and classic Fried Calamari Rings.
Main Course (Choice of):
Features Linguine with Spring Vegetables in Delicate Cream Sauce, fresh fish like Fillet of Dourada, or a poultry option like Boneless Breast of Chicken Sautéed with Lemon-Caper Sauce.
Dessert:
A choice of a decorated cake for the occasion or a fresh fruit platter, accompanied by brewed coffee or tea.

Focus:
A formal evening celebration offering a deeper selection of courses and richer flavors, ideal for grand parties and special milestones.
Appetizers (Family Style):
Sautéed Gulf of Mexico Shrimp with Roasted Garlic Sauce and Oven-Baked Stuffed Clams “Casino.”
Soup or Pasta (Choice of):
A preliminary course that may include options like Shrimp Bisque or a simple, fresh pasta like Penne with Tomato-Basil Sauce.
Salad:
Classic choices such as a Caesar Salad or a mixed garden salad with vinaigrette.
Main Course:
Featuring options like Lobster Ravioli with Seafood Sauce, unique fish like Fillet of Goraz (White Fish) with Diced Tomato, and choice meat.

Both Draft Beer and All Bottled Beers.
Non-Alcoholic:
Full inclusion of Non-Alcoholic Package (Fountain Sodas, Juices, and Iced Tea).
